William Young Properties, LLC was established in 2012. Bill is a motivated entrepreneur that oversees several successful businesses. Bill originally began WYP for the purposes of creating a residential rental business. It has since expanded into purchasing land and distraught or uninhabitable homes. WYP then renovates these properties into quality housing which he has successfully sold or rented. WYP has focused its attention in Concord NH and surrounding towns but is not limited to these areas, he is open to looking at all options in the state of NH.
